Hw Digital Design & Security Engineer H/F - 06

Qualcomm's Security and Cryptography group as a Hardware Digital Design & Security Engineer. This role focuses on the Secure Processor Sub-System platform and offers opportunities for cross-functional activities and involvement in various project aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the architecture team to define requirements based on design constraints.

· Write specifications for advanced modules and develop RTL code accordingly.

· Implement security countermeasures against fault injections and side-channel attacks

· Handle methodologies for pre-silicon security evaluation

· Ensure compliance with corporate design flow standards (lint, clock-domain-crossing, power domains, synthesis).

· Act as a driving force with strong communication, reporting, training, and synergy creation skills.

· Regularly interact with Design and Verification teams to ensure project quality and adherence to schedules.

The Hardware Security and Cryptography Engineering team is seeking talents to join our growing team in Sophia-Antipolis, France. The Security and Cryptography Engineering team works on cutting edge digital Security SoC and IP for use in premium tier SnapDragon chip sets.

Skills Requirements

- Expertise in RTL writing and debug

- Background in Security and Cryptography, including methodology for side-channel evaluation.

- Background in CAD flows (RTL/Gate level simulations, lint, CDC, power, synthesis, timing analysis)

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Good communication and reporting skills in English language

- Self-driven, able to work with minimum supervision

- Tools/Languages: Verilog/SystemVerilog, Cadence/Synopsys/Mentor Graphic, Git/ClearCase versioning.
